The
Midwest
Hunter
The Midwest Hunter is a 7-5/8" inch
drop-point design. It has a 3-3/4" inch blade,
which is 7/8" wide and slightly
over 1/8" inch thick. The blade is AUS6 stainless
with a hollow grind. This model comes satin finished
with
a Nickel-Silver guard (includes N/S guard pin).
For handle construction, use
(5) 3/32 pins. Also
see "Mosaic
pins". The thong hole is pre-drilled and is 1/4
diameter.
NOTE: The base Midwest
Hunter kit is
supplied with epoxy, 5 x 1.5 Cocobolo handle slabs,
N/S guard and N/S guard pin, and the Midwest
Hunter blade.
Handle Pins or Thong Hole Tube
are optional.
