The Delta 5 model series all sport a hollow grind with a 600 grit satin finish and double bolster design, perfect for the high-performance knife enthusiast. This knife was designed by Darrel Ralph and offers our new handle bolt system, which work like screws and finish off like pins in the handles. The Delta 5's can be built as a single or double bolster design, or even as a "no bolster" hide-away unit. These knives offer limitless versitility in their construction and, when properly finished, will compete in quality and finish with any knife on the market ... any knife!

The blade is made from high grade AUS8 stainless steel. The hardness comes in at 57-59 rc. We feel this is the ideal hardness for ease of sharpening, or prying. The bolsters on this model are 416 stainless steel, perfect for engraving. This design is also available in a combo serrated/plain edge.

These kits are factory seconds. The guards on the blades are rounded or ground off more than they should have been. These kits are great for anyone wanting to build this knife with no finger guards. You would simply grind them off. It is also a great kit for practicing and honing your skills.
