This pivot was designed by Darrel Ralph for minimum space in a folder assembly. The head is the same size as a 4-40 Button Head Screw. This is convenient for using the same size CRT bore side to side. The ream size is .140 for this assembly. Under the head is a .001 increase in size to make the stud a semi press-fit to hold it in place while tightening the screw. This also stops the pivot screw from un-tightening from pivot spin.
