The Clip Point Skinner is a hidden tang design that is modeled around the half-tang concept. This type of handle design is perfect for use with antler tips, etc. The blade on this model is AUS8 and is 1-1/4 inches wide at its widest point. The blade length is 5" inches and the thickness is .180" inches. It comes hollow ground, satin finished and has a pre-pinned brass finger guard attached.

This is a great skinner blade and is a fun, affordable and simple project to complete. The tang has a pre-drilled .145 (3.6mm) hole in it.
