This is a Western "Small Game Hunter". This design was made in USA by Camillus/Western and is one of the most popular knives they carried. The blade is ground from 420HC stainless steel. 

If you had one of these knives, and always wanted another, this may be the last chance to build/repair a piece of American factory knife history. Put your own handles on this knife, or rebuild one for old time's sake. This blade is straight from the Camillus factory closing sale in 2007. It has never been assembled and will never be made the same again.
