Our #8 Journeyman Series Rivet/Eyelet flaring die set is designed to "roll" the unflared side of a 1/4" inch sheath rivet (eyelet) by using a small hammer, in conjunction with our Journeyman Series die guide (sold separately). These dies are sold as a two part set (male/female). They are milled at our Galena, Ohio facility in the USA from high quality stainless steel. We own the machines that make our die parts and All CKK rivet flaring dies have been heat-treated for long life. They have also been tumble polished to insure the correct smoothness needed for a professional rivet/eyelet finish. No other flaring dies in the industry work better than ours! CKK Dies are the industry standard, used by professionals who make thousands of sheaths.

#8 rivets require a .250 inch hole (1/4) drilled in the thermoplastic KYDEX® sheet or leather for fastening.
