The DKC-H Ham Slicer model is a high quality 33-layer
hammered stainless damascus kitchen knife that is designed for stand-alone use,
or as an addition to our matching set. This knife, properly built, will yield
one of the best looking knives on the market today, a definite rival for
custom knife quality design.
The outer layers on this model are made from
SUS-410 and SUS-430 stainless steel over an AUS-8 stainless steel core. The
finish is hand-hammered, creating a stunning high-end look and finish. This
combination makes for an incredibly durable, heirloom quality kitchen piece.
This kit comes with all stainless components; featuring dual front
bolsters, matching assembly pins, handle rivets and a beautiful designer gift
box. Additionally, pre-milled handles are available for this
model.
