Black powder Cannon - Parts Kit

This cannon was known technically as the "12 pounder", but was referred to as the "Napoleon" after it's designer, Emperor Napoleon of France. This smoothbore cannon was used by both sides during the Civil War and made up 40% of the Union and Confederate artillery.

This .50 caliber miniature version features an actual firing barrel, a moveable carriage and very accurate design. The wheel diameter is 6" with a total height of 6-1/2". The barrel is 7-1/4" long. The overall length of the cannon is 14 1/2". It weighs 3.60 lbs.

All parts are included in project and include schematic and written instructions.
