Classic Dual Thumbstud System
This is the new Classic Dual Thumbstud System from KnifeKits.com. This dual stud design will fit any blade up to 0.130 in thickness. The drill size needed for the blade hole is 0.120. The diameter is 0.20. This thumbstud's height above the blade surface is 0.160 and is radiused at the top. The removable threaded rod is 0.250 long, or 1/4 inch. These will also fit all KnifeKits.com folder kit blades.
Install with two sets of pliers. We recommend that you use padded tape or other non-abrasive material on them, so as not to mark the studs when installing.
