The medium radius on this model is designed to create curvature forms for waistlines measuring 36+ inches in diameter. This jig is used for for molding within press-forming and vacuum forming devices. It is made to handle the pressures of daily use and heat without deformation. It comes with a removable custom cut piece of 1/2 inch Xtreme foam which will ensure excellent forming detail for the backside of your holster. This jig will produce a comfortable, professional-style curved form holster, while simultaneously cutting down the time it takes to produce each holster unit.
