Watch Christian as he demonstrates the steps necessary to layout and construct a thermoform scabbard for a modern fixed blade knife. Included in this presentation are segments on material layout, knife prep, scoring-and-breaking, toaster oven material heating, press-forming, eyelet installation (including flaring), profiling, trimming and edge sanding.
