In this video, Chris Green of http://www.GreenForceTactical.com demonstrates his personal method for designing and forming a basic 2-piece (pancake-style) knife sheath. Watch Christian as he explains the steps necessary to layout and construct a thermoform scabbard for a modern fixed blade knife. Included in this presentation are segments on material layout, knife prep, scoring-and-breaking, toaster oven material heating, press-forming, eyelet installation (including flaring), profiling, trimming and edge sanding.

This is a great video for beginners to intermediate holster makers who want to learn the basic procedures of professional thermoform sheath making.
