Adding a jeweled finish to a metal surface can turn a plain surface into a work of art. Sometimes referred to as "engine turning", a jeweled finish can be applied to any metal surface of the knife, from tang to liner, bolsters to pocket clips. This tool is designed to fit in a standard drill chuck and can be rotated in any direction to achieve the finish. With practice, you can create an expert finish in no time. This tool was designed by Robert Oldaker and is exclusively available through CKK Industries, Inc. It comes with the mounting jig and two pieces of abrasive Cratex. It also includes an Allen wrench for adjusting the exposed depth of the 1/4 inch diameter abrasive rod. This is a must-have tool for professional knife making.
