This USA made Kydex Holster Press may look simple in its design and construction, but it represents a tried and true system for creating the famous Taco Holster design. Sometimes referred to as a "fold-over" or "1-piece" holster, the taco-style holster and/or taco knife sheath is one of the simplest and most versatile holster designs in the business. The KYDEX® Taco Holster press is similar in design to a book press. The pressing force is created by the two press wings and fixed in position by an optional 12" bench style clamp. Several options of the KYDEX® taco press are available, both with and without center KYDEX® thermoform molding foam. The KYDEX® taco press has a small footprint in the holster making shop, and can be used in a production environment, as one can easily clamp a cooling holster in the taco holster press and walk away.
