These are 0.375 inch black oxide coated flat head screws with Phillips drive. They have a smaller diameter head than our standard 8-32 flat head screws to allow them to recess into the IWB snap posts that we sell for smooth snap and unsnap of the IWB. These are also used for mounting replacement hardware and for upgrades to holster and sheath mounts. They are heavy duty and are hard to find.
