This is MatchPoint USA's Tactical Mounting Plate (Tac-A.M.P.). With over 200 different anchor points, it is designed to allow for customization of carry positions for sheaths, holsters, or accessories. The Tactical Mounting Plate features field slots on the sides for attaching to Molle or Pals webbing and features the same hole pattern as the Accessory Mounting Plate. The Tac-A.M.P. fits perfectly onto battle belts, plate carriers, tactical vests, and on tactical bags equipped with specialized webbing.
