This damascus trailing point knife making kit design is called the "Trail Hand". It is a USA Made carbon steel damascus fixed blade knife blank that is hollow-ground and ready to build. This trailing point blade blank model will make a fantastic hunting/utility knife, or will serve very well as a collectible gift project. With a blade length of 3.75 inches and an overall length of 8 inches, this design is a perfect carry size. Ground on both sides, the Trail Hand's blade is .93 inches wide with a .170 inch thickness. This damascus trailing point blade blank features (2) .093 inch and (2) .156 inch through-holes for handle construction (stainless steel pinstock included). The tang holes can be modified with ease to work with larger pinstock, or with threaded fasteners.

This version of the Trail Hand is the combo kit. It comes with the Trail Hand blade plus Bubinga handle scales and stainless steel pinstock to simplify the completion process. This is a great project blade for a weekend knife making session. Spend some quality workshop time with this skinning knife kit and enjoy the fun of custom knife making and customization.
