With a 3.00-inch blade and an overall length of 4.687 inches, the Fire Ant is built for agility and precision. The blade is 0.685 inches wide and hollow ground on both sides, providing excellent edge geometry for fine cutting tasks. This model includes one pre-drilled 0.095-inch through-hole in the tang and comes with stainless steel pinstock. The tang is 0.25 inches wide and can be easily modified to accommodate alternative pin sizes or threaded fasteners, giving the builder full flexibility in handle assembly.
Crafted from a 416-layer Damascus pattern using a combination of 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15n20 steels folded five times, this knife blank delivers a visually striking and performance-driven finish. Heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 56–58 RC, the Fire Ant offers reliable edge retention and toughness in a compact profile.
