Designed for custom gear makers, the HOLSTEX Carbon Fiber/Tactical Thermoform Sheet in Storm Gray delivers performance and detail for precision-molded applications. This 12 inch by 12 inch sheet is 0.060 inches thick and features a raised 3K twill carbon fiber texture on the front and a rugged tactical finish on the back. The surface maintains its 3D look even after heating and forming, making it ideal for creating holsters, knife sheaths, cosplay armor, airsoft gear, and custom protective projects. HOLSTEX sheets mold cleanly at typical thermoforming temperatures between 325°F and 375°F, working effectively with both vacuum and press-forming methods.
