Using an advanced digital infusion process, the Neptune pattern is thermally embedded into the surface while preserving the original cell/smooth texture of the sheet. This technique delivers vivid, high-contrast details with a visual 3D depth that holds up through molding and wear.
The base material is a rugged .080 gauge Battleship Gray KYDEX® with a uniform finish ideal for precise thermoforming. Each sheet measures approximately 11.75 x 11.75 inches, providing ample coverage for compact holsters, sheaths, or molded components. For larger projects, orders of four sheets are supplied as two extended 11.75 x 23.00 inch panels.
