The Lynx Damascus knife kit offers a compact and finely balanced spear point design, crafted in the USA from high-quality carbon steel Damascus. Built for utility, everyday carry, or as a refined gift project, this fixed blade blank features a full tang construction and a clean, functional profile. The blade is hollow-ground on both sides and comes ready for your custom handle work.
With a blade length of 2.75 inches and an overall length of 7.125 inches, the Lynx is sized for comfort without sacrificing strength. The 0.93 inch wide blade features two 0.156 inch through-holes for handle pinning, along with a 0.250 inch thong hole for an optional lanyard. Stainless steel pinstock is included to streamline your build. The tang is also easy to modify for larger hardware or threaded fasteners.
This blade is forged from 416 layers of carbon steel Damascus, made from a mix of 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15N20, and folded five times for a classic patterned finish. Heat treated to 56–58 RC, the Lynx offers durability, versatility, and timeless visual appeal for any knife maker’s bench.
