Press Form Molding Presses for KYDEX® Holster Forming

These durable and straight forward presses are available in 8”x12” and 8”x24” models to meet the need for any size thermoforming holster and sheath molding project. Our CKK holster molding presses are built from rugged ¼ inch steel plates with full black surface coating, and will last a lifetime. Designed by experts, the CKK sheath/holster molding presses are the industry standard in thermoplastic forming.

With the ability to press flat-faced (one-sided) or a full fold-over (wrapped style) sheaths and holsters, these forming presses offer customization using your choice of HOLSTEX® forming foams. Add your thermoforming foam to the top and bottom for making wrap-around sheaths and holsters, or place a flat hard surface to the bottom to achieve a flat-back style sheath or holster.

The CKK brand thermoforming steel forming presses come with pre-drilled footer holes for easy workbench mounting and a removable top plate for quick height adjustment, making these presses highly versatile and easy to use. With the chain locking system for the top plate, you can set up your project and then walk away and do other processes while your heated KYDEX®, HOLSTEX® or Boltaron® sheet material is cooling into final form.
