The Sierra Hunter Damascus Knife Kit is a rugged, full tang fixed blade blank crafted in the USA from layered carbon steel Damascus. This hollow-ground blade is 0.93 inches wide and ground on both sides for symmetry and cutting performance. The tang includes two 0.187-inch through-holes, with stainless steel pinstock provided for a secure handle attachment. The holes can be modified to accept larger pinstock or threaded fasteners for custom hardware.
Constructed from a 416-layer Damascus steel configuration, this blade features alternating layers of 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15n20 steels, folded five times to deliver eye-catching patterning with excellent edge retention and toughness. Heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 56–58 RC, the Sierra Hunter is built to perform in the field and stand up to demanding use.
