The Fisherman's Filet is our "big boy" filet knife kit. This filet knife blank design is 12 inches overall with a 7 inch ultra-flexible blade. This fish filet knife kit model makes small work of filet cuts and is very easy to handle and control. Try one...you will love it! 0.126 inch stainless steel handle pinstock is included with this kit. For optional handle pin treatments, use any 1/8” (0.125in) diameter pinstock, mosaic pins, or handle fastener products.
